ORDER & SHIPPING
What is your processing and manufacturing time frame?
Allow 3-5 business days for processing of your order prior to dispatch except during sale periods there may be a delay in processing.
Will I get a confirmation email once I place my order?
When your order has been placed a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address and another email will be sent with the tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
If you did not receive a confirmation email or a shipping notification, please email us at info@dontsweatit.club. Please note, sometimes emailing systems can trick us and our emails may be hiding in your junk folder!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide using an international delivery service.
What are your delivery times?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
For orders within Australia, delivery estimates are generally 5-10 business days.
For the United States, delivery estimates are 5-7 business days.
For New Zealand, it may take 5-20 business days, and for Western Europe, Asia, and the Pacific, it may take 6-20 business days.
The rest of the world may take 10-20 business days for delivery. * Please note that unforeseen circumstances, weather events, strikes, rural areas may cause delays.
How do I track my delivery?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a delivery estimate and a tracking link. If you don't receive the email or have trouble locating it, please check your junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us at hello@dontsweatit.club for assistance.

What are the gym towels made of and how do they feel?
Our gym towels are made from soft micro fibre material, which is a high-quality blend of polyester and polyamide. The fabric feels soft to touch and is incredibly lightweight, making it perfect for your gym sessions. Although some people can find the feeling of the micro fibre fabric different to what you might normally use if you've only ever used cotton, but trust us it's game changing.
Are the gym towels absorbent?
Absolutely! Our soft fibre towels are highly absorbent and can absorb up to 4 times their weight, keeping you clean and dry during your workout.
What are the available sizes for gym towels, and how should I choose the right size?
We offer two sizes:
STANDARD 60CM X 111CM The standard size is ideal for cardio workouts or any activity based on personal preference.
REGULAR 76CM X 152CM The regular size was specifically designed to cover benches and gym equipment during weightlifting exercises, but it can also be used for any workout.
Can I personalise my gym towel with embroidery?
Absolutely! We offer the option to personalise your gym towel with a monogramed name.
Where will the monogram be located on the towel?
The monogram will be placed at the bottom of the towel, on the right-hand side. If you prefer it on the other side, simply leave a note during checkout, and we'll accommodate your request.
How do I care for my gym towel?
To maintain the quality of your gym towel, we recommend washing it separately in a cold machine wash and hanging it out to dry. Avoid using fabric softener, as it can reduce the towel's absorbency over time.
Recommended: Regular hand-wash
Washing: Machine wash: (max 40℃ or 105F)
Cleaning: Do not bleach
Iron: Low heat
Tumble dry: Low heats
